George R. Kolb
I am a seasoned leadership professional with a strong track record of driving strategic initiatives, building high-performing teams, and cultivating philanthropic support for mission-driven organizations.
Most recently, I served as a Senior Consultant with Plus Delta Partners, where I led professional development workshops, provided executive coaching, and partnered closely with clients to foster strong fundraising cultures and advance their strategic goals. My client portfolio included a diverse range of organizations such as Clemson University, Boston College, Boston University, Loyola University Chicago, the Wounded Warrior Project, and the Phi Delta Theta Foundation, among others.
Prior to consulting, I held key leadership roles at Villanova University, where I served as Associate Vice President for Alumni Relations and previously as Assistant Vice President for Athletics Development. In these roles, I led large, cross-functional teams, worked closely with the Alumni Association Board of Directors, and stewarded meaningful alumni engagement initiatives. I also managed a portfolio of leadership-level donors, securing six- and seven-figure gifts, and contributed to the success of Villanova’s historic $760M “For the Greater Great” campaign, which supported the university’s strategic vision and national positioning.
Earlier in my career, I held senior roles in collegiate athletics, serving over seven years as Director of Athletics, Intramurals, and Recreation at Roger Williams University, and eight years as Associate Director of Athletics at Brown University. I also held positions with Fordham University, the University of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Military Academy, and the Philadelphia Phillies, where I honed my leadership, operations, and external relations expertise.
